Bytebay Labs is operated by ThreadX LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through bytebaylabs.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you send us through our contact form, booking page or email, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of your needs.
• Basic technical information that web hosting providers record automatically, such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and prepare proposals.
• To deliver and support work you have hired us for.
• To send occasional business emails. Every email includes a way to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

We use trusted third-party services to run our business, including Cloudflare (website hosting), Zoho Mail (email), Cal.com (scheduling), Tally (forms) and Google Workspace (calendar). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Client data in automation projects

When we build automations for you, we access only the systems and data needed for the agreed scope, keep access credentials secure, and remove our access at the end of the engagement on request.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing bilal@bytebaylabs.com.
