The information on this website describes our services in general terms. Prices shown are starting points. The scope, price, timeline and acceptance criteria for any project are set out in a written proposal or Statement of Work, which takes precedence over this website.

Client engagements

Paid work is governed by the agreement we sign with each client. Unless that agreement says otherwise, builds begin with a 50% deposit and the balance is due when the work is live. Third-party software licences and AI usage are billed at cost.

Intellectual property

The Bytebay Labs name, logo and website content belong to ThreadX LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, ThreadX LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
